Eileen McMahon is a senior partner at Torys LLP, a former member of Torys’ Executive Committee and Chair of Torys' Food and Drug Regulatory and Intellectual Property Practices. She has practiced law for over 30 years in the life sciences and health care fields.
Eileen is a co-founder of the intellectual property and food and drug regulatory practices at Torys. She represents the entire spectrum of innovators and entrepreneurs on regulatory clearance and intellectual property protection of products. Across sectors—including life sciences (pharmaceuticals, medical devices), agribusiness, consumer products and more—Eileen helps clients navigate the impact of current and proposed laws to protect, leverage and monetize data, products and services.
